After she literally had to go to court. He would look terrible if he would block Kesha from releasing music (something he was actually accused of) & they clearly both don‘t want to work together, also having his credit on her album would make everyone look even worse and make this thing basically a farce. Luke discovered Kesha, she was his golden cash cow, the contract isn‘t done and he still wants to earn money from her. 

A producer cannot dictate who an artist works with. Luke can try to compel her to collaborate with her via his label’s A&R, but at the end of the day, she can very easily work with someone else.

It‘s literally his label. If he doesn’t want **** to be release.. It won’t be released. So many artists are stuck in label hell.
