Jesy Nelson already thinking about second solo album

Jesy Nelson said: "Bad Thing is the start of the album. I feel like this song is an indicator of what it's going to sound like but it's not all slow songs at all.

"I don't want to give a release date yet as things move but I can say the album will 100% be this year. For sure, 100%."

Jesy will drop the as of yet untitled album as an independent artist after splitting with Polydor in July last year.

She added: "I'm open to collaborations and it would be nice but right now I've not done any for the album.

"I'm already thinking about a second one.

"It's so nice to do it all as an independent artist and how I envision it.

"I’ve been recording in my home studio and Zion [her boyfriend] has been helping me.

"Next week I'm going to New York to write some more songs with Tyla Parx and I am shooting the next music video really soon." The clip will be shot by Charlie Sarsfield - the same director who headed up her hard hitting Bad Thing video.

You're trying to be messy, she's obviously not actively working on the 2nd considering she's still working on this. She probably just quickly said that as she's briefly thought of a different sound for it as i'm sure she's recorded dozens up dozens of songs for this first album.
