He’s not really lying and he’s not really teasing.

he had a lot of passion for it and is wanting to get it done but there’s still a lot of hoops he has to go through. Finding everyone, the record label, Gaga being down for it, and I doubt he alone would produce the track so maybe getting back to collab with others. 
 

it’s just him joining in on wanting to release it like a lot of the fans feel.

Anyways imo DJWS is allowed to want to release it. He worked on it for 2 years, he's an artist, he's allowed to want his work to be heard, particulary if he believes in it so much...

Basically he's just mad that whatever songs he's credited on hasn't been his own vision which he then explain that's why he went solo.

Now why would he say what you quoted, that 'she didn't changed the instrumental at all' and here he's saying the exact opposite "changed everything you've done, your vision" ?

I think DJ Snake lies a lot about the songs he's credited on and he loves to hide behind the fact that she will probably not hear whatever he says on these french interviews...
