People really need to stop shocked by other people having sexual life and enjoying it. S*x is something everyone is doing. I'm sorry but being a judge and tweeting about how you hope to get hit on by one the lawyers in your courtroom definitely shows he lacks the skills of an attentive and impartial judge . We're all sex positive here but let's be reasonable. Its also Very unprofessional of him to have all this stuff about him mixing his work and pleasure just floating around the Internet with his face fully showing. So many red Flags here.
