In the bts video she is standing on top of a small platform on the roof. Looks to me she jumped from that platform info a foam pit/soft matras, something like that.

the wires are on either side of her like stunt wires so they could do a gradual speed control, like look how high this drop is

With some of the more recent halftime shows, you can tell when the performer is nervous, but one thing about Gaga’s performance is how brave, composed and commanding she looked throughout. And she kept that up during the jump, the live singing, choreography, piano and keytar playing and outfit changes. Why anyone would not consider Gaga’s halftime to be one of the greatest is beyond me.

i know i have a negative bias towards richy ever since the allegations, but i really feel like he thinks almost every single idea came from his head and that he deserves credit for all we saw  he started to give me boomkack vibes but at least her choreos were nicer to look at

anyway it's interesting to hear his commentary, even tho i would've love to know more bts tea other than "i did this, i had this idea, i made this"

The story about the Just Dance performance with that dancer who's with her since the beginning was super cute!
Honestly Gaga took such a huge risk with catching that ball at the end. If she didn't catch it it would've overshadowed the entire performance

Sistren, this is how it went:

She filmed the beginning the day before.

During the intro, she was lifted up, so as to make it look like she jumped down (As in the end of the intro video from the roof, which was taken the day before because on the super bowl day she was not able to use drones in the airspace). But she was lowered down, because you can't just jump down that far with cables like those, they are not bungee cords. She was not on the roof at all on the Super Bowl day, just hanging from there. 

Like, it's not that complicated
