On 6th of February, at 04:17 AM, a 7,7 magnitude earthquake hit Turkey's south-east. 9 hours later, another 7,6 magnitude earthquake hit the same area and 13,5 million people are affected by this disaster including my friends. Right now, we have around 10 thousand confirmed deaths (It is expected to be a lot more at the end) and 50 thousand injured (Also hospitals have collapsed). Some people survived but died because of the cold (It's expected to reach almost -10℃ at nights) and our government isn't really helping. There are many organizations which fundraise for the victims of the earthquake and I'll share some of them with you if you can and want to help these people survive. It is definitely worse than you probably think it is but I can't get into details right now since it's too tragic and it's hard for me to talk about, I'll post a video below.
