Just because it's Obama and the inauguration will be broadcasted in whole America and rest of the world probably would be the perfect opportunity to perform or announce something new......but even that's a little bit reaching thought so yeah she will perform Government Hooker or some other classic song. Maybe we will get to hear a new song at the concert In 2010 she had to sing with bruce springsteen and elton john in NYC, After the concert she flew directly to Amsterdam (a flight of 8 hours) to rehearse and perform the monsterball the same day. so it's possible..
