People who abandon pets are the worst There are so many free and easy options to surrender them to shelters or other caretakers. Just ditching them is the height of laziness and grossness. But this is a white privileged “man”, so he will not be prosecuted. Disgusting! I wish I was in a position to help as many animals as possible.
