Maybe writing some words in her diary or something but I dont think she is actually working on new music until Joker 2 is done. Then she will want to work on some "roots" type of music so she can center herself again because I am sure playing Harlee Quinn will be emotionally taxing on her as she tends to live as the characters she plays very intensly. She just has to find the right time to execute her ideas and projects. Now she's focused on Joker 2, and there's the ARTPOP anniversary, so probably we won't hear anything about a new album till probably 2024 or 2025. She always has music concepts coming up to her, but she's far from finished. I don't think Gaga has a finalized product/concept. Gaga loves to post and tease her upcoming work, yet there weren't given any information, knowing this trait about Gaga, this could tell us she's either very unsure or very early in the works of it.
