I believe it. Real Housewives of Dubai tried really hard to make it look like a “normal” city but then there’d always be some silly rule like only being able to be served alcohol at hotel restaurants or something. Everything fun is illegal (unless you’re RICH rich)

It’s to flex their money not profit. That’s kinda the place we’re at with the ultra wealthy. It’s not always an investment bc there’s just SO much money that these a holes literally don’t know what to spend it on
