And that's just your opinion.....which you are entitled to (and you are wrong lol ;) ).

ASIB is still culturally relevant, at least in the US, and is a contemporary classic (has eclipsed most of the old versions, sans the Judy one) and has a **** ton of replay value. I would take it over all of the films you listed. Gucci is meh.

Soft agree on HOG, but a hard disagree on ASIB.

Agree. Also, ASIB is still wildly popular in the US (at least). It's often on the popular movies list of streaming services, despite having been out on streaming for a couple of years at this point.

Both movies are GREAT quality but completely understand what you mean. I watched A Star Is Born in theaters like 4 times because I really liked the music and the way it’s used in it but agree that the ending is too depressing.

Based on the type of movies she has done so far, I think she’s more interested in playing challenging characters rather than doing a chick flick. But we’ll see what she does next.

Another day, another fan who finds something Gaga related to tear down out of utter boredom. Like, I’m sorry, but what is the added value of this topic? If you don’t feel like rewatching the movies Gaga was in, then don’t rewatch them? Who’s forcing you to do so?

How many films these days really have that much replay value? I don't think movies are fundamentally designed to be seen over and over, anyway. They are more appointed viewing fare.

Save for when I was a kid and we only had that one VHS tape of The Sound Of Music, and Titanic when it was a monstrous hit, I don't think I've ever "replayed" films much. Not even my most favorite movies. I would probably look for scenes that I loved and watch those again, and that's it.

Now if we're talking about movies becoming "classics", I think ASIB has that potential.

Yes but so are most movies to me, at least these kind of movies that are very straightforward and don't have any level of complexity.

Reading people's answers here I find it fascinating how people can differ. I really don't see the appeal in seeing ASIB multiple times, I saw it 3 times only because I wanted to watch it with my friend and my dad and see their reaction to it, but I didn't gain anything from it personally.

I just wish people would start including „in my opinion“ or „I think“ to make clear they’re talking about their personal taste.

A lot of people liked ASIB which is why its box office was a success.

HOG might be another story, but there are people who enjoyed that movie too and who go back to watching it from time to time (like me) because I really enjoyed the Italian vibes from the 70s/80s

This! Not making clear that this is just based on your opinion is pretentious. You are definitely not speaking for all of us.

But if you see it that way, that's fine. I only liked Gaga in HOG. The rest was not for me.

I have seen ASIB many times, but it is not the type of movie to have a big replay value.

It is too emotionally triggering for me, but that only proves how good it is actually (to me).
