I was just joking, I literally adore her jazz albums and A Star Is Born has some of her best work in my opinion. I just saw an opportunity to make fun of the little monsters who only care about her pop stuff. Lol

I mean, Gaga is one of those artists who is constantly making and releasing, as her discography shows. She's obviously not as 'eager' as Taylor is (which is a standard that really no mainstream pop artist is meeting) but she releases an album always within two years... which is why I'm always surprised when people speculate that LG7 is far off. All 'data' we have suggests LG7 will drop in 2023.

I think Taylor’s in a position where it makes sense to release often bc music is really all she does. She might do a small acting gig here or there but by and large music is her thing. No makeup lines or sponsorship deals or anything. So I think releasing often just suits her style and mode of business whereas someone like Gaga has a lot more and seemingly unreleased moving parts to account her. Not better or worse but that’ll def impact frequency of music output.

or look at someone like Beyoncé or SZA where something like renaissance or SOS are VERY musically dense albums that simply takes more time to build out or even conceive. Being more singer-songwriter, again, I think suits faster output. Good for her finding a pace that feels healthy and sustainable for her.

Gurl, it’s not like those artists choose to release every 5 years or that they’re like „you know what, now I’m not gonna release for another 5 years“. Most of those artists just take their time to be inspired and come up with something completely new and something that they are proud of.

And it is also important to know what kind of artist she is. So good for her. She is just enjoy releasing music. And most likely one of the ones who actually serving quantity and quality at the same time
