I can understand why many people found it difficult to work with him. As for his choreographies.. unique but sometimes a complete miss. Like it doesn’t suit the song at all. Does anyone know if he’s responsible for the Replay and Sour Candy choreo? I loved those so much. SL and ROM, on the other hand, looked absolutely terrible on tour. He helped create some of her most iconic choreo but with every era it gets more and more torso centric...I'm assuming it's to not stress Gaga's body too much. Like, for the Sour Candy chorus and dance break Gaga's legs barely move at all, it's all arms, hands, and a bit of neck I wonder this but then he shares videos like the one gif @Kimmo uses a lot where he puts his hand under his leg (I forget what song it was, maybe Government Hooker?) and I start to think he's just simply out of ideas and bad at improving All the drama aside, I'd love to see what another choreographer could do for her. I feel like if he has difficulty he completely ignores it? His choreo is always way over the top in complexity to the point it looks ridiculous when she's made to perform it obviously ik he was Lauriennes assistant but as soon as she left he added about 17000 steps in between a single 8 count at every opportunity p.s I adore the stupid love and ROM choreo in general, not hating, just a thought Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
