If you can't deal with my opinions, maybe you can't handle a message board for the exchange of ideas and should go to littlemonsters.com. Oh save your bull**** about having a right to an opinion. You do have a right, but there comes a point after the extensive amount of time that you've chosen to remain here just to express your incredible distaste for literally anything and everything she does where you become a troll rather than someone here to contribute actual conversation. All the threats and insults to other celebrities, Kelly, Adele, Christina, Nicki, Justin, even to MarcMonster on Twitter. Not really talking about the typical "Katy Perry sucks" comment, but the ones where the entire fanbase just GOES IN at someone (like what happened with Kelly is a good example, but there are tons more with Adele, Xtina, and Nicki). I'm aware that other fanbases have bad people in them too, but if Gaga wants to keep the whole loving and open minded fanbase that she so desires she should've said something, even in an attempt to calm everyone down. You can say that it's not all of the fanbase and I know it's not, but the hatred monsters spew on twitter has received media attention and Gaga should have addressed her monsters then. Just tell them "guys, calling Adele fat isn't cool, she's beautiful and talented" while it was happening and maybe some people may have stopped. But no. Monsters have ranted and sent death threats and bullied others and Gaga hasn't said a thing directly to these fans about their behaviour. Kelly criticised Gaga saying she should've walked the red carpet, was then sent threats and insults and told to get raped, and then it was over. Now when Kelly talks about being bullied and her troubles, says that Gaga's fanbase is the worst - COMING FROM EXPERIENCE - Gaga tells her to stop being mean on her show (pretty much what she's saying here people) ignoring her monster's actions. She needs empty damage control to silence the obnoxious mouths of those that for some reason genuinely believe she should be held responsible for every single little monster that has ever talked **** about another artist. But when you have millions of fans, that still leaves room for a lot of crazies, especially on Twitter. Twitter is all trash. Gaga gets death threats on twitter too. But what Kelly said was not the normal Twitter trash. It was a real interview. And her show is a real TV show (obviously). And yes, I do realize those tweets get media attention, but that's not Gaga's fault nor ours. You can't control what people post on Twitter. It's troll-ville. Its nothing more than a rightfully defensive and generally respectable statement. Seriously this fanbase is just ridiculous. Internet has ruined the pop star. Thoughts on GGD rn I check Gagadaily for news, but honestly.. seeing these fans, how everything has been watered down to negativity in order to feel some hierarchy because you have judgement on who is your 'favz'.. to feel good about yourself when your only on a user on an effing forum is so ****ing pointless and has just left a really bad taste in my mouth, I cba to be a member anymore, I was much happier forming rational opinions and respecting art and creativity as oppossed to this constant nonsense. If Katy Perry had an insane fanbase who insulted and threatened everyone, and then she went on to write an open letter to someone about how mean they were being (ignoring actions of her own fanbase), I'd think it was rubbish too. Hypocritical, and that before she goes in at someone scolding them, she should look at her own fanbase first. You can't dismiss my point like that. While it may happen in every fanbase, it doesn't excuse this one's actions and behaviour to others, especially the fanbase who claim to be loving/open minded/kind. Plus, Gaga's fanbase has received media attention from it, while others don't. It's unfair in that sense, maybe. Plus everyone had no right to go crazy at Kelly.
