I watched it and thought it was alright, but I did wish she talked about her drug use and how the whole kidney process went down. But i get at the same time why she didn’t cuz it’s probably a mess to retell those memories and it’s too personal even for a documentary. Anyways, here's the tea... I'm kinda mixed on the situation. It‘s something Selena discussed already and how she was scared she‘d die. I think Francia is weird for acting as if the context of Selenas quote wasn‘t about the music business. I‘m sorry but if you donate a kidney it‘s a choice YOU make. If they believed that the kidney transplant story is irrelevant to the documentary, than Selena can't do anything about it. It is illegal but I was under the impression that there was a black market for organs. People that can afford to can also put their name on multiple lists so they’re chosen for a transplant faster.
