While I agree that maybe Beyoncé isn’t personally involved/at fault for all of this drama, at the same time y’all/we have no problem praising her for her work that is also not solely hers. So we can’t really have it both ways. If we wanna say she’s in charge of her endeavors, then she is also at fault/part of this

I second this so hard, as a boss Bey expects to be able to rely on her team (like the expenses), it's messy for sure and it's unprofessional but that's on her team.

Also Bey probably knows about it rn we have no idea what happens behind the scenes in these situations. She could be going off on her team rn 

 

Same goes for the Richy situation, Gaga was probably made aware at some point but she wasn't the one who dealt with that.

You're the petty blinded stan to say bosses don't have to take responsibilities when actual "people with some sense understanding how business works" know bosses are always responsible to an extent for what happens "under" them.

I agree with this.

Just because someone is a "CEO" doesn't mean they have no responsibility. At the end of the day they ARE responsible for the team under them.

I hope the designer is correctly remunerated for their work. I can't imagine the feeling of billions of people seeing your work, but you not getting paid properly for that work. Crazy.
