That list of number 1’s this year has Tyler’s Call Me If You Get Lost as number 1 in April but that album came out last year. Did the vinyls ship in April or something?? It’s a great album btw I’d really recommend it. Just surprised that it went number 1 almost a year after it’s release

Bad Bunny is the king of streaming right now so all of these albums with 20+ songs are just getting insane numbers.

I am really curious about the upcoming awards season especially the Grammys because you know, he’s not American.
I mean besides Adele we didn’t have any other big act like him this year. We have Harry Styles of course but talking about streaming numbers and selling he’s not even close to Bad Bunny.

It’s going to be very interesting.

He’s Puerto Rican, so he is American. He’s a US citizen

I know he’s Puerto Rican and that PR is part of the US. What I meant was his music not being in English and not exactly the “USA kind of music” for these awards.

I’m supposed to understand you know he’s American because you said “because you know, he’s not American.” :icega: Anyway, the US obviously doesn’t care it’s Spanish, since we streamed his album, and today many people here know Spanish (many people are Latino here). Bad Bunny is literally so safe this award season mostly because he’s that Latino representation while still being American.
