Society is just like that, it's weird.

I see women all the time calling strangers' young sons "little heartbreakers", they wear shirts that say things like "lady killer", but imagine if a grown man walked up to a couple and said "your little girl looks like a heartbreaker!"...he'd be (rightfully) arrested

I know no one's talking about children here but there's a definite double standard that's pretty consistent across all age groups. Men and women are treated differently...I guess having a social advantage (the "patriarchy", if you will) comes along with the potential to be viewed as a predator?

Madonna’s and Leo’s cases are very different. Leo is dumping a girl because she has reached a certain age while Madonna’s young boyfriends are usually part of her social circles since most of them were dancers from her tours and they probably meet each other during the rehearsals. 
 

there’s nothing wrong if Leo wants to date a younger girl. The issue is that he’s ending relationships BECAUSE of her age while Madonna is having an affair with a young guy most likely just for sex.

It’s always so shocking to me how judgey everyone is on here.  Madonna has been married twice, to men you would deem “age-appropriate”, and has said she doesn’t want to be married anymore. Why should she, she’s rich, she already has a family of kids she loves, and she wants to do what she wants. She loves sex and it’s clear she like younger men. I’m sure they’re both enjoying it. Let her enjoy her life, they are young but the bfs are still adults. They are choosing to be with her too.

Maybe it is hypocritical of me, but any man/woman what exclusively dates people their children’s/grandchildren’s age is always creepy af, like, shouldn’t there be a clear maturity separation? Was there just absolutely no maturity growth in that 40-year age gap?? Or are these kids just SUPER mature WAY WAY WAY past their age?
