Coldplay earned over $60M in concert grosses in July, Gaga 28M

According to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore, Coldplay’s stops in Berlin; Paris; Frankfurt, Germany; and Warsaw, Poland, earned a combined $66.7 million and sold 731,000 tickets, averaging $6.1 million and 66,000 tickets per night.




Coldplay’s 4 shows in Paris earned $28 million and sold 318,000 tickets, netting the No. 1 spot on Top Boxscores.

They had to add other TWO dates at San Siro Stadium in Milan (so they'll have 4) and another date to Maradona Stadium in Napoli (two dates in total). 

They're big, but people are desperate for  concerts after the pandemic mess. That's why I always said Miss Gaga missed a great opportuinity in Italy.

They are the 11th act to surpass $1 billion in touring revenue.
They sold out 10 shows at the same stadium in Argentina this October/November.

I dont get how they are so big. They just announced the 4th date in Amsterdam for next year in the ArenA. Someone I know said she had more than 100.000 people in the queue for tickets in front of her

They have easy listening music, and even though they might be not so hot currently with their new releases, they still got their 4 first albums that carries their career for years. It is very easy to the ear without feeling so basic. Also, their live shows are quite fun and a spectacle, everyone who been there will be there again and earliest opportunity. And the one who haven't, will try their luck to experience it at least once. So people are in for a good time.

Same in Barcelona, people had 500.000 in the queue for tickets this morning. They have 4 soldout shows and I don't get where the sales came from 'cause they're not that big in Spain  

Miss Gaga should've come to Barcelona with the tour.

My boyfriend went to one of their shows in Paris last month. He said it was the best concert he saw. Then we went to the CBT the next week, he said coldplay was better.  almost dumped him .. jk i could never
