Do you know the mental torture they literally put her through for 13 YEARS? Her father was a VERY abusive alcoholic. She asked the Judge when the conservatorship was first put in place she said to the judge "Please anyone but my father" and the Judge said she wasn't "well enough to ask that"

He broke her confidence over the years and mentally abused her. Let her heal. She wasn't even allowed to use a computer for years, and didn't even know what Google was. Paris Hilton showed her when she was trying to get a lawyer.

Honestly, this is just Britney. She's not being mean to Elton and clearly likes the song. She's been posting the fan made single covers all over her instagram. I think she does hate the cover though

How do people think this was shady? Lol. The background singer thing was supposed to be a humble compliment because it is his song. If you guys were asked by Gaga to do vocals on one of her hits I am sure you would respond with a similar compliment. And not claim it as yours and just be honored to be a part of it even as a background vocal.

I read it more like "y'all should compliment him for the song because I only sing a small part", where do y'all read that she's unhappy with it? She doesn't want people saying "It's a Britney's song" literally because she sings a small part and also because it's an Elton remix of an old song.

She's being kind, but maybe I don't have the malice to read that as shady or whatever.
