That said, this era has been weird because she did put in some effort—Vogue covers, some press, released BMS a few weeks before the album, etc.—but then went practically radio silent once the actual album dropped. Expand I agree, that's something common in the industry yet it's not an excuse , we're talking about Beyoncé. She have sadly already accustomed us with no interviews, no performances but AT LEAST we had visual the moment of the release. Reinassance is a visual experience, songs ending with sounds and words that connect to the next track make so clear she went for " a whole experience " ala self-titled. We have 0 video, not even the first single got one, It feels like she had all the time to organise things properly yet she came unprepared.
