I agree with you, but I think a big part of it is strategic and she makes artistic choices around that non-artistic choice. like, most of her discography is BIG vocals so she needs some songs in the mix that don’t push her as much lol It also feels that girls like Doja Cat and Cardi B blew up in the last few years. I think 4 will still be my personal favorite Bey album, but this could be a not so distant 2nd. I feel like the Grace feature on Move could’ve been more powerful though. It is a dance record, but doesn’t borrow as heavy on the pop or electronic elements you’d hear on say a Gaga dance album.
