I feel like a better question is when media/people will stop overhyping her. It's not so much a drag issue, I don't think we need to attack an artist to make a point - but I do feel should be able to say Beyonce is not the 'queen' or on MJ level without being raked over coals.

I've said previously that I think as a 'great', Beyonce lacks a key ingredient which is charisma.

I think it all boils down to your personal taste. If you want perfect vocals and choreo, Beyonce is your pick. If you want a more messy and high energy performance, good vocals and choreo, Gaga is your pick.

We do love a good mess...it's Gaga's imperfection that makes me like her. It's part of the initial reason she got her hooks in me. For better or worse, she's so humanized 

Beyonce makes great music, is a cultural powerhouse, and my favorite artist (who basically created the blueprint for pop stars) stanned her so hard that he used to go to award shows and parties asking for her and ignoring everyone else

There's PLENTY of room for multi-talented tricons like Gaga and Queen Bey

There is a vulnerability in Gaga's art. You can see yourself achieve the same things she has, the vocals, the choreo, everything seems so reachable and achievable. With Beyonce, I see her more as something to stare at, to be entertained, to be wowed. Everything feels practiced to highest degree and so perfect that it's untouchable honestly. Sometimes I prefer the assuredness when watching Beyonce, sometimes I wanna feel the impulsiveness when watching Gaga.

Gaga, her only contender, is an award winning (and Oscar nominated) actress who has starred in numerous acting projects. Does entertainment stop at musical projects or? 

This is not to knock down Beyoncé’s achievements, but she could never.

Ummm.  She barely has released anything this past decade.  In terms of “entertaining” people, Gaga has released albums in pop, dance remix, jazz, and country-pop, she has mounted two shows in Vegas, she has starred in movies and tv shows, done soundtracks…. Besides not delving into as many music genres (which may change with Renaissance) and doing a residency, Beyonce has done the same types of projects as Gaga. Some projects she did before Gaga even had the chance. And has also won more awards than Gaga.
