They are either just keeping quiet right now or have tried to be the non biased side for both countries for peacekeeping purpose like what Indonesia tried to do few weeks ago. Countries like Brazil, Argentina, India, Iran, Saudi Arabia, China, South Africa, most of Africa are either neutral/ loosely pro-Western at times or implicitely pro-Russian.
