This time it was at the backdrop for Stupid Love at 00:25 The Kidness Punk symbol!!! it wasn't on the frist date as you can notice here... Do you think it's gonna be more changes in the future? thopekas 722 Posted July 23, 2022 Share Posted July 23, 2022 After Watching so many videos of the two Chromatica shows so far I can really say that some of the most underwhelming performances are ROM and Stupid Love but mainly ROM, it's the last act but feels lacking the energy that she has put in the rest of the show. And I don't mean that she is more tired because it's at the end of a long show but I mean that the performance of the song lacks the extra and wow factor. Even the outfit of this act is the most boring of the whole show, and I think everyone expected some kind of water raining during the chorus of ROM or some confettis or whatever. What I really like from this act is just the backdrop with the rocks during Stupid Love. Also she seems to not enjoy performing ROM, she just doesn't give what she gives when she is performing Monster, Babylon or Enigma for example. What do you think? I just don't like that she's singing along with the track and lipsyncing Ariana parts. Her & the band should've came up with a better way to perform that song when she's performing it solo. She could do a mix of the demo & album version. She can't forget ROM since she has a Grammy to remind her on a daily base. You're changing "convinced" to "forced"? If she doesn't like the album, then she wouldn't have performed songs from Chromatica let alone released the album at all. You need some revisit, the album's FINAL concept is basically "dancing through the pain," which it is and she already said a million times at 2020. Watch the whole tour again, let her speak and listen what she's telling about the album, not filter out just for a sentence insignificant to what the tour is supposed to deliver. When you're insecure, every opinion made by your enviroment matters more than your own feeling, and now she was CONVINCED to change something she liked to something she likes less. So with SL and ROM, both heavily choreo-centered, placed as the final songs, she appears to be tired.
