Reason why Gaga does not do many music videos anymore

I wish she did because she was amazing about it. I loved that interview of her talking about the MTN video and how her crew wanted to stop when it started to rain. Triconic queen said “rain on me.”

I like to let music videos play in the background when I’m working. I don’t always pay attended to the visuals but if it’s a new video I do.

Some of the gay bars/clubs play videos and I have definitely seen them use fan made videos for a few Gaga songs.

If it’s a money issue, we have one of the most creative fanbases ever. I am sure they would volunteer their time for this sort of thing. Or even have it be heavily sponsored like the Telephone video.

Anyways, I’ll keep pretending this is the official Babylon video.

No, it's everything you say here. Literally every time I see you in a thread you're just trying to hock other bands. The Kpop industry is the McDonald's of the music world.

Far from it. I get it like...kpop is a genre that not everyone will like. But insulting it is not the way to go. The same could be said about western pop. It's cheap and uninspired. At least kpop tries new concepts and a lot of groups are really interesting and they do really intricate storylines that cause each album to link together in one way or another. Where can I find that in American pop? Where can I find amazing visuals, top notch choreo and amazing talent while doing intense choreo while also having stable vocals that aren't shaky and weak? Aside from gaga because not even she does it like that. She is her own person. And I love her. But there is a sense of wonder and almost like role-playing world building in kpop nowadays with a lot of groups.

For ARTPOP she had a breakdown

For Joanne she released 3 videos & the album was no longer charting well by the end.

For Chromatica she did 2 good videos and had more planned but then came the Panny-D to ruin the world & there was no way for her to do them or effectively promote.

It's circumstantial.

Honestly I didn't even notice the lack of content. Wow. You're right though. I'm kinda glad though. She should just keep it minimal. For the sake of my heart lol. Too many comebacks all at once happening would make me explode.

You'd have loved the 90s. "K-pop" used to be called manufactured and we had loads of them popping up everywhere with their gimmicks. Not an ounce of legitimate musician in any of them but they followed instructions well.

The kpop industry is also notorious for exsploiting and overworking and overcontroling their artists

You really are behind on the times. And like...doesn't gaga herself have to follow what the label says? Everyone does. No matter the country they're jn? Because it's a business and they wanna make as much money as possible? Like....is that not common knowledge?

Well baby you just looking at the wrong groups. Not once have I seen ateez faint. And I could do a whole thread about how TXT are savage against hateful comments they get especially on live streams.

Like...kpop is majorly loosening up. They're swearing. They're more free. They are being human now.

Just because you didnt see it doesnt its not happening anymore

Okay and? I feel for the groups who ARE being treated badly. But mine aren't and that's why I stan them. Because they're free to be who they are. And they make really good music that is so relatable and inspiring. But some of you can't veg past the language or the "slave contracts".

You focus on the bad in it. When bad is in every industry. The American music industry is just as shady and messed up. But you refuse to acknowledge that just to put kpop down.

Im not focussing on it im just pointing it out and i never said anything about the language i also find it very disrespectfull to say that people cant get past the slavery thing its something horrible that happend and it shouldnt be downplayed like this

It is serious. Yes. But if you're gonna worry about that then also worry about every country's industry then. Including your own. The entertainment industry is messed up as a whole. But for kpop specifically....it is getting better because of the younger generations and companies being called out. So...what else you got?

What do you mean what else i got im pointing something out and sorry but i dont like your attitude

I'm sorry. Like I'm just so tired of that argument. It's a tired argument.
