Bling 31,198 Posted July 18, 2022 Share Posted July 18, 2022 Just listen to her and watch, her entire energy has changed and she seems so much more level-headed and HAPPY The Chromatica era (2019-pandemic-HOG-now) has really healed her in a lot of ways. She mentions that she is in less pain and this is such a relief to hear, after we've seen what she's been through. We now know she experienced a s*xu*l a**a*t at 19 (before The Fame era), she broke her hip pre ARTPOP, the ARTPOP era was riddled with personal issues, drug use, etc, pre-Joanne she was chain-smoking and dealing with the end of her engagement, JWT cancelled due to her health, at one point she had a psychotic break, and also HOG filming was hard on her mental health. Not to mention dealing with fibromyalgia and the after-effects of different types of trauma. I truly believe, as a fan since Just Dance, she has turned over a new leaf and we are on the brink of something magical. This video is so inspiring and really touched me in so many ways. For whatever reason, it's given me a feeling that she has healed and is ready for her next chapter. Knowing how often she's toured in mental and physical pain, and the problems this has caused her, I'm so happy for her And it's even a little healing for ME to hear that she's feeling good on stage. My BTWB was one of the last and I've always felt a twinge of guilt about it, like she was killing herself for my enjoyment, and I'm SO happy to know that's not the case this time Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

It’s so easy [from the public eye] to see her as just an artist and nothing more without any regard to so many years of dealing with sh!t. She’s on the other side now and I hope that her heart only continues to heal the way that it needs to. Been a cuff touple, a puff bupple, a tough couple of years. I know this sounds weird but I feel like one of my friends or someone I love has recovered from something. I really resonate with a lot of her struggles like SA, mental health, and addiction. But portions of this video feels like she is in a state of melancholy, and I hope that this first show reinsured her that she is more then capable of performing an amazing show. She will always be loved. She could stand on a stage with just a microphone, and she would be loved and applauded.
