This whole situation is such a slap in Gaga’s face

I just wonder a couple things, even tho im not an expert on her team and dancers and im not familiar with them

When the dancers quit, did they tell the higher up why? Did Gaga know why? To me it's probably a no, they probably gave another reason to her and didn't dare to say it was because of Richy bcs of how close Gaga is to Richy apparently, and they didn't want a huge argument.

But then once a dancer quit couple days ago & talked bout how it was bcs of Richy, suddenly others also wanna talk about it. Idk it's my understanding of it. So Gaga couldve end up discovering about it on social media too or someone tells her just now. So what do u do? U got a tour in a couple days, u flew all the way to Europe. Im sorry but I'd continue, I paid so much money, prepared for so long, got the stage, the stadiums, the fans ready, u gotta be professional. And find another way to get rid of this Richy guy while at the same time keep the show going. I don't think u understand the pressure and stress this can take on somebody, especially somebody with a chronic illness like fibro

No and I think most of us on here realize that these are some very serious allegations, some extremely meritorious, but I worry that the timing is off because the tour starts in 5 days and as dumb as it sounds her team is probably thinking this would result in a legal nightmare to fire him last minute me thinks.
 
This choreographer…something about Richy’s demeanor always rubbed me the wrong way and felt very sinister. The vibes that he’s not a good person with good intentions and very petty. I feel he’d be the one to try and sue Gaga, her team, the dancers that quit for slander and a bunch of other nonsense just to prove a point. Like we can’t honestly think he wouldn’t be on the way out the door soon if multiple dancers are saying he’s toxic and now the claim he sexually assaulted someone—Bobby and team can’t ignore these types of claims.

One thing I know is that it's not just you and a show. There's the music/spiritual/love side and the business. With a tour it's not creativity, the manager doesn't think about creativity, he thinks business. There are obligations, debts to pay, people to pay, contracts to fulfill, and Im not sure to be this close to the tour that Miss Gaga can cancel everything like this. What I do know is that if she has just found out now, you gotta be a freakin genius to fire him and still protect ur show, and that ur manager is okay with it too, and not disappoint fans, and taint your image. Because in the end, you do this, you cancel everything, you leave everything, the media will talk about it in a negative way of course but it'll be about you. It's not just choreographer is a sexual abuser. No. It's Gaga has allowed a sexual abuser in her clan, there's those youtuber who make money out of stories like these. Then suddenly people talk about you in a negative way. Nobody trusts you, not even your fans, "did you know?" is on everyone's lips. And then the criticism of you let down aaaaaaaaaaall your fans, the most disastrous tour of all time. Then there's the money you lost. And I mean for me people are more important than money of course!!!! I'd leave everything for someone to save somebody i dont ****ing care about money, but I'm just saying that she's trapped. If she didn't know, then she's trapped and she's not the sole person who can make decisions like these. Just watch how old stars were like with their managers or their teams, you can be so blind to what's going on cus u got so much to do already, and you think everyone's doing whatever they're supposed ot be doing so u can focus on your vocal chords, your dance moves, your costumes, your makeup, the design, the set list, the music, the audio. Jeez, like cmon, I can't judge anyone right now like i'm not sure who knows what and who can do what. It's so easy to say "fire him", you gotta do it but u gotta be creative as hell in how u do it, takes time to think about it, I don't think Gaga will find a way in just one day

As some user mentioned here do we know if those dms are 100% real,cuz this fanbase is really known for faking dms.I know and feel bad if they’re in fact true and what he’s been through.But I’ll be sceptical until he speaks about it officially(of course he’s not obliged to).

The fans should really just stay out of this because one, they already told someone from the Haus and they're the only ones who has the power on how it'll be dealt with, two, it'll cause chaos in the press if it spreads even more, third, nothing will result to anything good if stans keep pestering like, everyone. Reminder that they requested to take down the leaked screenshot, implying that they'd rather keep the situation as vague as possible, keeping anything more personal private at best, with only that Richy committing something horrible and that the Haus was already informed are the only info we need. 

What OP is just expressing their empathy towards Gaga because she's already been preparing for this for two years! People has been anticipating about this. She can't just do something and quite possibly cancel the whole tour just days before the event. Imagine the pressure and how hurt she is once she found out about it (maybe she even knows about it now). What I will say is for fans who knows the situation about Richy to try to understand if ever she keeps Richy until the tour is over because it's understandable to not fire at last minute someone who has a major role in the tour, right? What they're trying to say is Gaga has to keep it professional because it's work. It'll be a hassle, a HASSLE, very much a HASSLE, to even change the major things within the business.

This isn't a thread due to self interest, this is only here to express their opinion on the situation and trying to take in the context of how business actually works and how Gaga might be feeling. I saw someone saying that contracts are not heavy but realistically, they very much play a role in everything. Shows you how some here are not that knowledgeable in some things.

She's truly unlucky with this but it's a huge problem, she has to protect the dancers, and then there's the extra stuff after that.... it's a lot of stress and i wouldn't be surprised if her fibro gets worse and she has to stop after Europe

there’re plenty of reasons.If the dancers complained to her recently(like this week or something)or way before the situation?as @AnnaNicoleSmith said,did they say the true reason why they’re leaving and so on.Things that won’t be shared to the gp IMO

i hate that subtle suggestion that they decided to come out about abuse "NOW" as if it was something calculated bc of the tour starting in 5 days

come on you guys, literally BECAUSE the tour starts in 5 days people were overflowing montana's inbox with messages asking about updates on the tour etc, then she decided to disclose whether she was in it or not

its simple its clear no need to suggest they want to "sabotage" gaga. once she opens up, i sense the other dancers felt safe to do the same and also felt the need to SUPPORT montana as they KNEW many of us would come for her
