I find it hard to believe Michael was SA'd during rehearsals. Could it have been in a more social setting i.e. in a bar? hotel room? Not gonna lie, it feels a little icky to try and guess where someone was getting SA’d. He said he never said anything out of love for Gaga since they were ride or die from the very beginning, and Richy probably knew that. Sloan talked about abuse of power and manipulation. GGM 2,837
Anyone who thinks Gaga doesn't/didn't know about this is delulu. Richy is the dancers' boss but Gaga is technically his boss. You don't just overhaul an entire DEPARTMENT/TEAM of employees without getting consent from your higher ups. I don't believe for a second that Richy went over Gaga's head and took the liberty to just rehire a whole group of dancers without her knowledge + consent. He's not a lawyer so he would've needed the support of her legal team to make sure "not inviting them back" i.e. "firing" them was legal. He wouldn't be stupid enough to risk a pile of lawsuits for "unjustified dismissal" by all the dancers ESPECIALLY if he knew claims of abuse could surface. The question is what are the reasons Richy/Gaga decided not to invite these dancers back? Gaga addresses everyone on her stage by name. She's aware of who is/isn't there and she ultimately approves who is/isn't there. Imagine Michael Bearden changed up her piano/guitars without her consent, do you think she'd be happy about that? No way. He would have to consult with her, pitch reasons as to why he's making the changes and Gaga would evaluate if it was a professional/creatively smart decision and then say yes or no. The same applies to the situation with Richy. Except this time we're dealing with PEOPLE not musical instruments. Similar to the homophobic bass player I believe Gaga/her team are aware and thought they could get away with it discreetly but it's now all coming to light. The buck stops with Gaga and to think she is oblivious to huge decision making processes for a world tour is delulu; especially when she admits she is heavily involved in every aspect of her shows. (that's what made us stan her in the first place).

EdgeofTeeth 1,934
This is such a sad and unfortunate situation on all fronts. On one hand, it seems implausible to believe that Gaga truly knew nothing about this. On the other, it's entirely possible that none of the dancers who experienced Richy's behavior came to her directly in fear of potential repercussions, as they knew how close she is with him. I don't know, it's all very confusing, but he needs to get the boot immediately.

Papergangstuh 2,642
Oh boy. Rolling Stone? This is about to get bad. RIP Chromatica Ball At least the dancers will (hopefully) feel somewhat vindicated. Prep for the incoming fanbases to drag up Terry x RKelly dirt. Here we go girls. It sounds like her dancers NEVER filed a complaint with Gaga or Bobby after they were sexually assaulted?? Gaga could be SUED if one of her dancers (independent contractors) is injured at work, physically and/or sexually assaulted by a co-worker. Richy would be FIRED on the spot if multiple dancers accused him of sexual assault! He's not above the law. "Never filed a complaint" in other words there's no paper trail of the abuse but that's not to say it wasn't voiced in one way or another. As someone else mentioned sometimes companies choose not to fire abusers and turn a blind eye. Only two scenarios are going to affect change: 1. the abuse itself causes enough of a wave and the perpetrator is fired. Turn a blind eye. 2. The abuse doesn't cause a wave but the employee's outrage at the abuse causes a wave meaning turning a blind eye won't work so you get rid of the "source" of the wave i.e. the disgruntled employees, on the basis that they aren't up to scratch or can't do the job. Another abuse/control dynamic which aims to silence victims. (sounds like this is what happened considering the dancers were fired).
