More than one dancer who have worked with Richy have made allegations of abuse, both psychological and sexual, and the fact that you're reducing it to one dancer making a random accusation online is, in fact, downplaying the severity of what's happening.

But still, doesn’t abuse have to be proven? Montana has accused Richy of mental abuse on Twitter, but they’d still need to go to court to prove that it happened for it to count as grounds for dismissal of a contract, no?

i mean it certainly is suspicious. montana praised gaga and made it clear they have a great relationship, same with other dancers who came forward like sloan. if this has been an issue for ages, they SURELY must have spoken up to gaga at least once...

that's why i'm struggling to connect these dots  they wouldn't make a point to praise gaga if she had any fault, has the label allowed this to go on for years?

Keep in mind that they work first with Richy only and then when all the choreos are ready, they all work with Gaga. I doubt Richy would abuse them in front of Gaga. No?

No, they wouldn’t need to go to court unless someone made a ‘legal’ allegation. In this situation, if Gaga (or Bobby) wasn’t aware and this video was the first instance of this, they could just speak to both. However, as more people are coming forward, they would (usually) suspend the individual until a clear investigation has taken place.

If they find he has done what’s been said by her dancers, he can be fired immediately, regardless of contractual obligations.

I think the confusion here is how long it’s been known. If her dancers raised this issue and it was ignored, to the point they all left, it would clearly implicate Gaga herself and Bobby by creating a toxic culture and protecting an abuser. (Doesn’t sound like her)

If she didn’t know, then she is finding out with us and we should allow 24 hours to see if any movement has taken place before raising all pitchforks.

The only reason this would go to court would be:

A: A dancer/whoever sued Ricky or Gaga (as a company).

B. After he is terminated following an internal investigation, he would file a lawsuit for unfair dismissal. (Very unlikely)

C. Gaga/team do an investigation, find no wrong doing and again, a dancer/whoever takes he to court to prove their allegations.

I really don't think Gaga and Bobby would allow this. I think there are many things going on behind the scenes that we just don't know about. I can't see Gaga keeping Richy, she's not like that.

Bobby (and by default, I assume Gaga too) have known about this for awhile. One of the dancers said that those in a position to do something have already been informed of Richy's behaviour. Unfortunately, this is a very bad look for Gaga and there's no way out of that - unless someone was stopping her from firing Richy.

nah, he wouldn't to protect himself... it's just confusing to pin point which part of managment is responsible for letting this go on

it's safe to assume these dancers must have approached gaga at least once during the past decade, especially if their boss is a major advocate for kindness and mental health  none of them have anything bad to say about gaga, only richy. maybe richy made it impossible for them to approach gaga

I don't think Gaga just learnt about this. If she is in great terms with the dancers, which I'm sure she is, she surely noticed months ago that several of her legacy dancers weren't there anymore and she probably wanted to know the reason. I'm not blaming her and neither do her dancers, and for the reason she doesn't fire Richy we can only speculate.

I wouldnt be so sure of that tbh.

I doubt that she’s had one on one’s with all of her dancers. They probablynhad like after work drinks or sth, but I doubt they have ever been truly “alone” with Gaga.

and even then, can u imagine how stressful it mustve been to talk to her about it? I would freak out tbh.
