Exactly. If you want someone gone you can get rid of them with or without a contract. Contracts actually don't mean that much tbh lol.

It seems like the dancers are salty they didn't get more control/leadership roles. Gaga seems to have sided with richie for now. As more info comes out we will be able to make our minds up whether it was the right thing or not.

THIS. Besides, abusive or inappropriate behavior would usually be enough of a reason to terminate someones employment if they ever needed one. I think by the looks of it, enough people have come out against Richy to support this.

Not to split up the topic, but I've made a separate thread because this just got super serious and I wanted to summarize this thread on a new OP so people don't have to scroll 30 pages. Credit to @Stephen for flagging this

But this is complete speculation too. I've seen nothing to indicate that. Multiple long-time dancers leaving is very suspicious, full stop.

Oh absolutely and with the allegations of abuse, it's serious.

However, companies (or bosses) have very little tolerance for drama regardless of who's in the wrong. Considering how upset Montana appeared in the video I would speculate she was eyeing up a promotion and saw the abuse as a way to oust/step on Richie's toes. I'd say she tried to voice her concerns but it backfired and unbeknownst to her she painted herself as the "disgruntled" employee. Then she continued to rock the boat a bit too much for the "boss's" liking so they fired her. It would be interesting to know for sure if she was fired or "quit" as she claims. Because regardless of the accusations right now, she's a disgruntled employee. Disgruntled employees are usually those who are fired against their will, not those who choose to quit and walk away with their head held high.

Again, my speculation is that Richie WAS probably hard to work for, but Montana was making demands that were above her payscale and Richie had enough (or felt his job was threatened and tried to nip it in the bud) and spoke to someone higher up (Gaga/Bobby?) and they just said to get rid of her as it's easier to replace a dancer than it is to replace a choreographer. Was that the right decision? We will hopefully find out as more info comes out. If he was abusive "for YEARS" as she claims then why is this only coming out now? I was in an abusive work environment and I quit after 2 years, not 13 lol. No amount of money was enough to stay. Plus jonny the bass player (her partner) said he only works for gaga because "it's a job, fam".

So to me it seems like she's trying to oust Richie (rightly or wrongly so) for her own personal gain and used the other dancers as collateral. It's clear that she's the ringleader in all this.

It's giving spoilt child who didn't get their way, tbh. But I'll stand corrected when these unsubstantiated reports of abuse are proven.

While I agree with all of your points I do need to share a bit as a former professional dancer myself. The self inflicted abuse dancers put themselves through is very real with it being such a cutthroat and low paying industry for what you put into it. Many dancers train in their skill from childhood, and experience mental and emotional abuse from instructors and peers, as well was self inflicted from a very very young age and that translates over into professional careers as adults, if the dancer is lucky to have made it that far. Sometimes it actually takes years and years and years to realize what you are going through. These situations are like drug addictions and are impossible to escape until you finally have the right moment and the right amount of strength and ability to do so. It took me almost 15 years to come forward about the abuse one of my earliest dance mentors put me through during my teenage years. I’m just saying, dance is going to be very different from other work environments and we should not discredit Montana just yet. Dancers are pretty mentally messed up people, don’t expect us to have the ability to just get up and walk away from anything with full awareness or confidence.

Time flies like the wind. Fruit flies like bananas.

Yeah, as the ringleader they're loyal to her so they followed suit hoping that it would cause enough of a wave that their demands (promotions/salary increase/more creative input) were met. So far it seems to have backfired because the Haus of Gaga is like "You wanna leave? Alright peace" and Montana is upset because they didn't fight to keep her. They called her bluff. Or her Poker Face. This could all be about ego tbh.

So you're saying that what SHE is saying is unsubstantiated while literally everything you say is unsubstantiated? Considering she was the one working for the Haus for the last decade, I think what she says is far more... substantiative, than what you're saying :laughga:

So long ggd, it was nice while it lasted.

Why do you say she is the ringleader. She is just the first to mention it. Graham had just an elaborate story as Montana had
