People are screaming ‘but they have a contract’, that may be the case but she’s Lady Gaga and this guy should listen if she said to be nicer to them, especially when you claim to be all about kindness. Im not bashing Gaga I’m just saying she obviously had an idea was something was up and even if for contractual reasons she couldn’t fire you'd do all you could do so there was no toxic environment.

I agree with you completely, I just don’t think this situation is happening.  Either Gaga isn’t aware or there’s something else going on because bad behaviour would allow Richie’s contract to be terminated.

If three of your most loyal dancers have left you and publicly blame your choreographer.  You either didn’t know or the situation is more complicated than what’s being posted online.

Gaga's company Mermaid Touring is Richy/the dancers employer technically. I've read their contracts from the ArtRave and they CAN be fired for any reason at any time. If Gaga wanted him gone, he would be.

Now, that's not to say I'm blaming her!! We don't know the whole story at all. But "contacts" isn't a reason, here.

Exactly. If you want someone gone you can get rid of them with or without a contract. Contracts actually don't mean that much tbh lol.

It seems like the dancers are salty they didn't get more control/leadership roles. Gaga seems to have sided with richie for now. As more info comes out we will be able to make our minds up whether it was the right thing or not.

Behind the scenes, the situation is very much complicated it seems.

(･ัω･ั) We don't know much at all except that Richy is a horrible person to work with, and that many of Gaga's OG dancers quit or didn't participate in TCB. They should've kept it low for now especially a few days BEFORE Chromatica Ball because you all might say it's not Gaga's fault but some are just blind man. I'm just afraid of what will happen at the tour at this point. If everything said is true, then why didn't Gaga fire him? A contract? Label's or anyone's connection with the choreographer? There's something going on BTS that's for sure that we don't know, and maybe speculation is the only farthest thing we can do.

But this is complete speculation too. I've seen nothing to indicate that. Multiple long-time dancers leaving is very suspicious, full stop.
