Don't they have worse behaviors to regulate ? My friend went to jail for a month for spitting at a police officer, although that's treated worse as it's assault of a figure of authority. But everyone agreed most judges wouldn't have sentenced that harshly and would have thought a fine was sufficient but he was just unlucky to get the most notoriously strict judge in the city. It's good that celebrities are going to jail for similar things, they've always got away with too much for too long and its proven to have put some of them back on the straight and narrow.
