With the movie release being what it was, it's no surprise it's surging on Pop Radio... Streaming has been flat since release though, so short of a live performance :ladyhaha:

Of course it was.

It was officially sent by Interscope to Italian and other radio stations, they released official remixes, filmed a music video, collaborated with LG TV for a partnership and Gaga performed it live at the VMAs.

It was a promotional single, not an official single in the US.

It was never refered to as a single, it also never got a radio release

Music videos and performances only are usually treatments for "promo singles".

Basically songs an artist chooses to give a little more spotlight and attention than the typical album track but it still doesn't have the full support or all the releases involved with an official single

John Wayne is another example of a promotional single

The song is bad but I'd happy for Gaga if she gets a hit

It's a song to be sung. One big event for her to belt the fck out of it and it's done. Huge hit.
