And 2013 is shaping up to be just as good...if not better! That's because some of the biggest names in the biz will release new music in the new year: Lady Gaga will return to the party scene with ARTPOP, Miley Cyrus is getting "very adult" with her new tunes, and Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj could both put out new sure-to-hit-No.-1 hits.
