I can understand not shampooing it, but not wash?! I guess that depends also on the lifestyle and location. Try that here in a tropical country :saladga:

I've tried No Poo for 2 months, I only used water. The first month my hair looked better than ever, then after week 6 it seemed like it didn't work anymore. It didn't look horrible, and my scalp wasn't itchy at all, But my hair didn't look as nice as in the first 4 weeks, so I didn't believe In the Your hair cleans itself theory anymore. That being said I have quite long hair. Maybe it works better on short hair.

But this might work for temperate weather. But what about hot and moist countries?

His hair looks good though?

What he isn't mentioning is that his hair is taken care of by a beauty team every morning before he gets on a TV or movie set.

Given the amount of product / hairspray he’d use when filming, I find this hard to believe.

In all seriousness though, our culture is so conditioned (pardon the pun) to strip our bodies of it's natural state. Using shampoo makes your scalp oily, using deodorant makes your pits stink, etc. It's all a cycle built by the companies selling this stuff so that you will keep buying and using their products. Shampoo and deodorant were invented in the early 1900s and late 1800s. Our current "standard" of cleanliness is actually very new.

I mean, my oral health game is strong but if I didn't buy toothpaste you can make it with baking soda.

I would recommend everyone to try the No Poo method at least once!
