She didn't even mention the replica. so crazy! i honestly idk how to feel about it. i'm glad she kept that hair in that style, a  Marilyn Monroe hair style would look too much of a halloween costume. I think it's really cool and they clearly took all the necessary measures to ensure the dress wouldn't be damaged. I guess I can say it now that it's behind me, but back when I was working on Emily in Paris, I had a contact to potentially dress Lily in a dress originally worn by Audrey Hepburn for the Versailles scene, but unfortunately logistics made it impossible (like, she couldn't sit in it and wouldn't have been able to wear it for hours in a row). So yeah, I'm definitely into the idea of bringing back iconic pieces from the vaults when possible. But it's going to piss some people off, for sure.
