Before every episode of her show a parental advisory warning came on screen to warn parents of the horrors of homosexuality. 

Imagine coming out, loosing your career, and weathering an onslaught of nasty and cruel comments, only for future generations to criticize you for being embittered by the sacrifices you made for their benefit. 

Ellen will return, again, when the world has learned whatever lesson they need to learn this time.

The way people were waiting for something to happen so they could cancel her... after seeing a lesbian person being successful for so long. It's truly sad.

And personally, I really enjoyed the show. It’s too bad my opinion of her soured after everything came out. I truly did want to believe that she was as nice as she portrayed herself to be.

I believe we will hear a lot more about this, and I believe she was grossly misrepresented.  She’s a woman boss, therefore a “problematic” b*tch.  I don’t buy any of it for a second.

Rude to/disinterested in her guests, created a toxic work place for employees, forced Mariah Carey to announce her pregnancy by offering her alcohol, scaring people who do not want to be scared, overstepping boundaries, etc. Girl can't read a room and built a complex. I don't care if you are a lesbian who paved a way, doesn't mean you can get away with being a crap person. Used to adore her, but it's too damn much. Hate is a strong word too, dislike is more accurate.
