But he didn't specifically mention those countries either. What I hope is that when he said "those" is the obvious ones that might not be able to afford those ticket. Yet I wouldn't call this xenophobia, just misinformation. Again, stop creating issues out of nothing.

You don't have to measure anything, let alone say what xenophobia is and what isn't, stop typing.

How about you stop trying to gaslight people? Gaga has had sold out concerts in almost ALL of those cities before, so how do you call blatant xenophobia “just misinformation”? Who are you to decide that for anyone else?

Right? So gross.

I understand that these cities/countries are well off. I am just saying that what this person said doesn't have to be seen as malicious and xenophobic just because of possible misinformation. People are always so quick to attack.

Stop romanticizing xenophobia and racism.

This is just xenophobic and racist.:wtf:

This is at all not xenophobic or racist, I find it offensive that you put me in that corner, Im just highlighting that with her insanely high prices for CBT it's unlikely she'll tour some of the places mentioned on that poster.

Let's take a look at some statistics for Manilla for instance, the average monthly wage is 240 dollar.
Her tickets in the USA go for around 500-1000 dollar and in Europe for €120-250.

The average person in The Philippines therefore has to work for 2-4 months just to afford a ticket...

You may want to calm down, the xenophobia is showing :bear:

Which of “those places” are you talking about exactly?

Tokyo? I don’t have numbers for tokyo, but she did sell 96k tickets for three dates in Saitama before, so…

Seoul? Might I remind y’all that she started BTWB there and it was a sold out stadium show?

Taipei? Again, she sold out a 20k+arena there before.

Manila? Sold out there too.

Bangkok? Yep, there too.

Hong Kong? Again, another sold out show. A 50k+one.

Singapore? Yup, she sold out there before too. 30K+ tickets.

Auckland? Yup, 34k+tickets

Sydney? 54k+ Tickets

Barcelona: 16k+tickets

Joannesburg: 56k+tickets

Mexico City: 37k+tickets

Buenos Aires: 45k tickets

Rio: 26k+ tickets

Soooo…. What do you think you’re talking about, sis? :reductive:

Yes but this was 10 years ago, her prices are completely different this time around. She is already struggling to sell a couple of dates in the current CBT.

EGOT2027

i know some folks are disappointed that gaga isn’t coming to their city/country, but if we’re gonna make anything go viral, it should be a request to properly film and release this tour so everyone can see it. there is a 1% chance they are adding more dates and a 0% chance they are adding an entire new leg. gaga’s health comes first, and for all we know she has filming commitments lined up for after the tour.

again, i know people are disappointed and i totally get that, but the only thing more disappointing than not having a date scheduled for your town would be if you had tickets and the show got cancelled bc gaga got hurt again. she literally has not finished two of her last three tours. finishing this tour in good health will be a big deal for her and something that might not have seemed possible just a few years ago. i wish we could celebrate that instead of arguing. after an entire leg of the joanne tour was rescheduled only to then be mostly cancelled, a lot of us thought she would never tour again at all

Night Vision

No more tour dates are coming. She will tour again in the future with another album.

Edit: Well I guess I was wrong :huntyga: Happy for Japanese fans!

Alfonso

Sadly, I don't think there will be any new dates, but I really hope they film it; London should be the perfect location. I really wonder why they didn't add a date in Italy, I'm sure it would've been a success.

I also guess they're testing the waters with this tour; if it succeeds, she could do a proper worldwide stadium tour next (in a post pandemic scenario I guess)

TAIPEI

some of u are just showing xenophobia and being racist, thx for the monsters who speaking for us (all asians and people who living in asia)

may some of you will read this and i wont explain or reply again, i am asian and i living here so i have rights and reasons to refutes objectively :trollga: and ofc, wish this poster could be true!

i have to say if chromatica ball asia leg happens and even the tix prices are expensive then most of the cities in europe + america, people who living here could still afford the price, you have to know in century 21 asians are more richness and spend money excessively than some of u think (and some of u did) lol

u guys should check out incomes and capacities of the born this way ball all shows in asia back in 2012, especially hong kong and tokyo. also she brings tbtwb and artrave to perform for 120000+ koreans in seoul, even in taipei she had two shows here, and singapore for 3 in a row.

the point is not the price of tix, the point is that she and live nation would like to bring the show to asia or not! 🔥

To be offensive is to practice xenophobia and explicit racism like you did. I am among the cities you mentioned and I was offended and I will not allow you to generalize entire countries based on prejudice and ignorance.

idk what the point of bringing up wages is about because:

- some people save up $ just for occasions like this

- some people have credit cards

- others that can afford to will most likely travel or fly in

If Gaga builds it, people will come :haroon:

Bloody hooker

She just announced two dates for Tokyo

This mutual gaze was a “longing to touch” or a "pre-coitus" stare.
