November and December are summer months in South Africa, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil, so she could and most likely would play stadiums there if she really went there during these months 

Also I‘d add one or two Milan dates before the Barcelona date

I know it’s not that serious but winter doesn’t take place in any of these dates, even with the countries in the Southern Hemisphere where their winters are from June to August  You could probably get away with doing stadium shows in most of these shows (I’d put the northern hemisphere shows first though). But you choices are great

Winter does take place in Tokyo, Seoul and Barcelona. Although October and November is still fall which is what I think you meant now that I think about it.

I really hope she'll visit Jakarta since the certain group of people who protested in 2012 is already disbanded and the people here in general has become more open and acceptable. Bieber will also perform here in November

Ofcourse she wont fly her whole tour to Europe just for 1 date, stop trying to make a bigger tour happen, it's just not going to happen.

Have you seen her prices? People in some of those places on the poster will never be able to afford that and she can’t lower them cause than the tour wont make any money.

On top of that all, I think she prefers less dates so she wont force her body into any pain or injuries again.
