Not to mention the edit button without an edit history would be pretty problematic.

I think this user thinks it would be good for Musk to own more of the company lmao

No I don’t…💀 he’s known to be pro free speech for Twitter which could be very dangerous.

The idea of criticizing musk in order to defend the people who already are in control of twitter and are largely authoritarian in their censorship is rich indeed.

I see nothing with this news unless it comes with the additional intention of Twitter becoming a true platform for free speech.

Musk has proven himself to be proactively insidious with his influence in many walks of life.

I think people need to realize there is a difference between freedom of speech (freedom from your words resulting in government persecution) and a private media platform having a TOS.

Twitter is well within their right to censor anything posted on their platform. Anyone who doesn't like it is free to use another service or start their own.

Like, imagine not having an account have action taken against it when they post bigoted things, violent threats, misinformation, etc.

He doesn't want "free speech", he wants a free for all so he can say whatever stupid thing pops into his greedy little head.

Is a fundamental disagreement between someone who considers themselves to be a free speech absolutist vs someone who is ok with modified free speech.

Also @bionic- I'm not claiming that he has not. I'm just stating that it's an exchange of one evil for another evil. It's still evil.
