Asia is not Europe. Many Asian countries are still very conservative thinking despite their progressive economy, and that includes their attitude towards weed and tattoos, lots of the countries still have capital punishment for getting caught owning weed aka death sentence.

But these twattir stans are Westeners, who, you know, not used to see people smoking in public all that much anymore, cos it is banned. in some extreme cases, some Karens even don't allow people smoke in their own house. And would actually complain about it. It's crzy.
