As soon as you have the passport, you‘re f*cked. If you get caught, you’re gonna be greeted to a scandal and handcuffs when you arrive back home. It’s not that big of a deal, these fans forget that they are talking about grown men that are more than capable of making their own decisions. They baby them all the time and think the carefully polished image they are presented with is their entire personality and way of being. If this was anybody else nobody would care, including these fans, but because they are so attached to them and have only seen the good ( the downside to being so carefully presented to the public by their company ), whenever something as small as this happens, it feels like the end of the world. It’s like watching your child smoke... that’s how invasive some of these fans can be, they have no boundaries. I blame the fans but also the kpop system too, as a fan myself, I also notice how idols push these extreme notions onto the fans too but then are upset that some of them end up crazy and doing extreme things like stalking ( not that it’s an excuse, but you also contribute to it ). When you allow somebody to believe that your only reason to be alive is them, that everything you do is for them, you only love them, you don’t date because of them, you only think of them and etc, you can’t be surprise that some will end up believing it too and think you two are way closer than you actually are. Can't even run with him being the only one caught smoking in instance or later if designated smoking area and someone staking it out yet the others weren't seen so likely dont (or sparesly).
