Yes, whoever posted "I miss the person in the [2010] picture so much" on IG... is a HATER. 🙂 In my opinion, if you can't accept the fact that Gaga is a real person, not your POP STAR Plastic Doll, you're not a fan. In my opinion, if you can't accept the fact that it's 2022, and Gaga is a pop star-jazz singer-actress, you're not a fan. In my opinion, if you have not posted anything positive about Gaga in the last 3 months, if ALL you do is criticize, you may be a HATER. Reminded me of a former boyfriend who wouldn't let go. Maybe it's time to move on. 🙂 Why is so complicated to enjoy/love Gaga as a pop artist but skip her jazz persona? I know all these sides of her make Gaga who she is nowadays, but c'mon, we can just not enjoy this side of her right? I can't even listen to L4S but I travelled the whole world to see her tours. I am a worse fan than you? Don't think so Just respect and stop being entitled
Medulla 32
She has better performances jazz wise, 'Love 4 Sale' at Westfield was better than this one, but in general the performance and her voice were great.

Someone in another thread mentioned how Bjork and Grace Jones and others maintain their avant garde aesthetics even when doing jazz. Maybe not best to compare artists but I do miss her giving something NEW each time. Conceptual perfomances. We know she's brilliant. We've seen her evolve time after time within Pop. I want to see her evovle within jazz. Those were solo works tho, it made sense for them to keep their avant garde style to that, Gaga is singing jazz classics of legends (and with a legend), it wouldn't make sense having edgy aesthetics for that. It would be interesting to see her doing some experimental electro jazz and in that she could definitely put her avant garde style, it would be actually very refreshing seeing a mainstream artist doing this genre since nobody is doing it, who knows. Maybe it's time to move on. 🙂 You could do with getting off your high horse a bit mate. You like Gaga doing jazz, thats fine. But accept that some fans don’t. It’s ignorant to just dismiss us as haters. And we all have a right to express our own opinions. We’re not blasting her as a human being or seeing her as a doll or disrespecting her as an artist, but in the end of the day she is an entertainer and fans are not always gonna like what she does. It’s the same with every form of entertainment. A devoted Batman fan, for example, has every right and no shame in not liking the new film because it’s not their personal cup of tea. Thats just the way it is. But he’s not gonna drop batman all together just because of that. To tell me to sack her off and move on is a silly thing to say. True I do prefer her early work, but Chromatica brought all that back and that was recent. And I have no doubt she’ll do it again. I like exciting wild pop Gaga and so do most of her fan base, and I grew weary of the dated Jazz thing ages ago, and the gushing America sweetheart persona. It is true that Gaga is not nearly as exciting as she used to be and you can understand some fans frustration with that. And you have to sympathise with that. We’re not sh*tting on what she does now. I’m happy she’s healthy and doing whatever she wants regardless. And lets be honest with each other for a second. If we all had the choice of Gaga staying as she is now, or returning to how she was during the BTW era e.g., most of us would pick the latter. Maybe even you?.. Chrischristofferso 2
Unfortunately very disappointing. I've seen her other jazz shows just from last year or a few months ago and she's always amazing, i have no idea how she managed to mess the grammys up. Her voice was a mess

Her voice was a mess Because she was EMOTIONAL? 🤔 Because this was NOT "her jazz show" but a Grammy TRIBUTE to Tony Bennett?? Did you see the video montage of Gaga and Tony over the years? Did you see her tears? The audience gave her a standing ovation. V from BTS said he almost cried. Billie cheered her on. Critics thought it was TOUCHING and poignant. The GP loved it. It's a tribute, not a Lady Gaga concert. https://www.smoothradio.com/news/entertainment/lady-gaga-tribute-tony-bennett-grammys/ she/her/hers

It's funny because her "fans" couldn't care LESS about her vocals when she sings dance pop. No wonder Gaga loves jazz and ballads! 🙂 she/her/hers
Delulu Rogers 7,146
Am I the only one that liked L4S? At first I thought it was horrible but after watching it again she’s literally showing her energy, passion, and gaga side while singing the song. I kinda love how over the top and intense it was. Unexpected, quirky and memorable imo
