why are people thinking she needs to speak up on this? This is drama between her husband and Chris. She's not responsible for how her husband acted. She can't control the fact that she was visibly upset by Chris' joke. It's not like she told her husband to attack Chris. She just was upset by that joke (and with reason). Will is the person at fault here for his actions. Stop lumping women with men who behave poorly.

I can't express how much I hate your avatar xo

I think She is the main reason for Will’s reaction…

REALITY

Well first of all, we should move on from this situation cause honestly I’m tired of the conversation surrounding it.

But since we’re not gonna do that…I don’t understand why people on social media and stuff are dragging Jada as if she went up there and slapped Chris herself. Like, she didn’t tell Will to go up there and smack him on international television..Just let everyone be at this point. I’m sure Chris and Will have dealt with it privately since then

Hollywood's communication fascinates me.

You can always see the PR pros behind it and they're not even trying to hide it. 😆

She’s not obligated to say anything.

Where is Chris Rock’s apology to her? If he didn’t know she had alopecia, now he does.

So? doesn't mean its her fault. If I cry bcs someone slapped me, and someone murders the person, I'm not responsible for the murder. You have no logic

Because in the end it will always be women's fault. Always. Whatever it is, it's their fault, and they should be called a hoe, a slut, or evil, or that she made the man feel "weak" or encouraged him to do xyz. The same old **** nothing new nothing changed

He has nothing to apologise for. He is the victim, and her husband the agressor.

He was simply doing his job, making scripted jokes as a comedian, like countless others were made that night.

Y’all are ok with black women being disrespected and it shows. And Chris Rock has a history of it.

That family is the personification of insecurity -- Jada, insecure with herself and her life, cheating on her husband. Will, insecure with himself and his marriage, thinking he needs to slap a comedian to "protect" his wife.

They should use some of their millions for therapy.

Can we all collectively just chill about both of them? There's no logical reason her post should be stirring shady critiques.

This is my Hannah Montana™️ lipgloss.

That joke wasn't scripted and was tasteless enough to warrant an apology, had Will not done what he did.
