My girl still has the old gays panties in a bunch :glamourpuss:

The song is basically

"Roses are Red

Violets are Blue

We don't care about this song

Neither should you "

Boom Oscar winning song. :ohwell:

It's a joke of a song.

losing 13 times is terrible, and she is long overdue, but truth be told, her songs are getting worse and worse each season

When the day comes that they finally do give her the Oscar, I hope she wipes her butt with it for how often they've snubbed her :triggered:

TIHTY was an easy win on her part and though I'm not familiar with her body of work, if that song is any indication of her talents then she should have a whole damn closet full of awards.

You are familiar with her work... you just don't know you are.. its a part of human nature to know a dianne Warren song.

Warren has written nine number-one songs and 32 top-10 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 including "If I Could Turn Back Time" (Cher, 1989), "Because You Loved Me" (Celine Dion, 1996), "How Do I Live" (LeAnn Rimes, 1997), and "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" (Aerosmith, 1998).

There's not a chance the academy are accidentally snubbing her.

I think Dianne needs to step in front of the camera and create an iconic film

Her noms have been token noms for years now. Songs no one's heard from movies no one's seen. She hasn't been competitive since "Til It Happens to You." She's just a well known name with lots fo voting friends.

The Oscar's except for Disney songs were never about songs people would hear on the radio.

Lin Manuel Miranda getting snubbed pisses me off too. He literally has an entire hit album not just one song carrying a Disney movie soundtrack.

I didn't say radio. I said films no one's seen.

I think Diane is just writing songs for random films expecting to get an Oscar. And at the end of the day, it is just a popularity contest.

Look, Billie's song was by no means the best of the nominees yet it got the award because it's the Bond theme song.

So why holding on to something that doesn't have much value at the end of the day?

No, Beyoncé deserved :glamourpuss:

But the Oscars are still racist af

Yeah racist af when Will just won Best Actor. :glamourpuss:
The better song won, if Beyonce released an iconic song I’d have a different opinion but Be Alive was just not it.
