AMPAS changed the date of the Oscars - Elton had a conflict with a sold out concert set for today. His Oscar party is the major fundraiser for his Aids Foundation. Since he couldn't be there he asked Gaga to host the party and of course she would do anything for him. Then AMPAS wanted her at the Oscars so they asked her to be a presenter. She is an Oscar winner and member of the Academy so she accepted. As usual she is as gracious as she is beautiful.

From the far away photos I saw, I thought the back of the wig hadn't been fixed to her head and had gaps. But in this you can see it's just her roots at the back. Which is even weirder? Why would they leave such obvious roots at the back and not the front.

I love wigs. She clearly hates getting her roots done, and the wigs mean all her looks aren't ruined by them.

Most of the HoG era hair has been gorgeous IMO, I'm so glad they went for long perfect blonde wigs rather than the scrappy raggedy buns with dark roots like ASIB.
