This just feels like you’re “justifying” her transphobia because her books made a huge impact on your childhood. She’s not a rapist or a murderer, but her words and actions affect trans people in a way that you don’t seem to fully comprehend. It’s hilarious. The left keeps losing because we all look to pop culture as politics and focus so hard on dismantling public figures instead of getting involved in politics, voting, and talking about real issues. R*wling isn’t signing anti-trans bills, so who f*cking cares what she thinks. More people disagree with her than agree, and yet you all amplify her crap by obsessively posting about her and chastising anyone who just loves the Potter franchise. Make it make sense.
