I was in New York I was working at the Electric Lady and it was a night. I was  working with Uzi. Uzi got sick so he left and I was just me and David, the engineer, that I've been working with since I started Motomami . I just went to the piano I started the improvising a little bit. I found the riff. And then I was like okay let's distort this. Let's put some distortion. Let's make it sound tougher and then I tried some different drums that I i had.

And without that determination, without those days of 16 hours working and without the decision of making this album three years ago that I decided that this was going to happen this album wouldn't exist so yeah feel grateful for everybody who contribute in it.

I liked her before, but her MOTOMAMI singles has made me a full blown fan, she’s so talented and amazing (and she KILLED it on SNL). I’m so excited to listen to the album on Friday!!
