"what's fair? if a song comes out and the general public doesn't go to stream it. You telling me it should be played on the radio more than my song that is is being stable in all of the streaming services"

which one is this stable song she is talking about? :partysick:

She makes good points, but she's also the wrong person to make these points. I can understand her frustration because Astroworld's bundling strategy was messy and she did deserve the #1 for Queen, but lately she's been so off, and she's really just rallying her fans to be more crazy. Everybody knew about the chart changes before her single came out so it seems like she's just trying to bully her way onto the charts. But overall we all know about payola and how labels manipulate the charts.

This was actually a really great interview- not for pop stans maybe :spin:

She was talking about hip-hop and black culture - she mentions about how Lil Kim was such an influence on culture and how she should have been on the cover of US Vogue, she talked about how nobody (in a conversation on who is the greatest rapper) would bring up who out of Biggie, Nas, Jay Z has more #1 hits, she talks about the importance of black artists and influences supporting each other and the barriers black artists and black women face.

You are all really going to take one portion of an interview (where she also makes great points about the influence of Radio and how that overshadows fans and the public buying and streaming music - and leads people to believe the song with the most airplay is the better song) and twist her around to be bitter when she says she is overjoyed by how her single performed.

Y’all need to stop commenting on things you don’t understand.

Great interview, if you have the time watch it all :)
